Karnataka Land Records
Karnataka Land Records, popularly known as Bhoomi RTC (Record of Rights, Tenancy and Crops), is a revolutionary online portal launched by the Government of Karnataka in 2000 to digitize and provide transparent access to land ownership details across the staterm allows farmers, landowners, and citizens to view, download, and verify. Managed by the Revenue Department, Bhoomi covers over 2 crore land records for more than 5.5 crore land parcels, making Karnataka a pioneer in e-governance for rural land management in India. The portal supports multiple services such as iRTC (online payment-enabled RTC), mutation status tracking, and integration with Aadhaar for secure verification.Every year, the official Bhoomi website (bhoomi.karnataka.gov.in) attracts more than 1.5 crore unique visitors, reflecting its massive popularity and trust among people.
